Support Contracts

The Silver plan gives you unlimited text support plus 12 phone support calls per year, which is fantastic if you prefer remote help. However, onsite visits are not included in the Silver package. If you ever need us to physically come to your home, we can certainly arrange a separate onsite visit at our usual call-out rate.

Bronze is our most basic support option and includes 12 text support sessions per year. It is for simple queries where a quick text message can solve the issue. Phone calls are not included in this package, but you can always upgrade if you feel you may need more hands-on help.

Wireless Security Solution covers a wide range of home technologies. This includes PCs, TVs, WiFi equipment, security systems, media services, and mainstream software. If we have supplied the equipment, it is fully covered under your chosen support plan. If you are unsure whether a device is included, just ask. We are always happy to check for you.

Absolutely. We can help you set up your WiFi network, extend your coverage, fix connection issues, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Whether it is brand new or you are upgrading, we will set it up and show you how to use it confidently.

We offer installation, troubleshooting, setup and ongoing support for wireless CCTV, alarms, and smart video doorbells. If you have chosen a support plan, we are here to help remotely or onsite, depending on your package. From configuring your app to improving camera placement, we take care of everything.

It is very simple. Just call or text us, and we will arrange a visit at a time that suits you. Your onsite support is included in your Gold plan, so there are no extra charges. We will come out, diagnose the issue, and solve it for you.
